Yes, all deliveries are free for our retail customers!
• This applies to deliveries within the mainland United Kingdom.
• Additional charges may be required for international deliveries.

Trade orders over £100 also qualify for free delivery.

Retail customers are the general public. No special account is required for the general public to shop with us.

Trade customers are businesses, like cycle shops, who sell our products on to retail customers. An authorised trade account is required to take advantage of the lower wholesale prices offered to the trade.

By default, all prices shown on the website will be our retail prices for the general public.

If you have applied for a trade account, and sign in with that trade account, all prices shown will be wholesale trade prices.

We offer wholesale prices to the cycle trade. To see those prices, you will need to apply for a special trade account.

No. Our trade accounts are restricted to businesses within the cycle trade.

Although we will do our best to make the validation process for our trade accounts as quick and simple as possible, we will sometimes require additional proof before validating trade accounts.

If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, we will do our best to not only match the price but beat it.
